By using Giveaway Picker ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Giveaway Picker is a browser-based tool that filters a list of comments or participants according to rules you choose and selects random winners on your own device. The free version is provided at no cost, adds a small badge to certificate images and may be supported by advertising. Giveaway Picker Pro is an optional one-time purchase that removes the badge and unlocks additional features such as more winners, unlimited participants, automatic Instagram import, draw history and custom certificate branding.
Giveaway Picker is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or administered by Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. "Instagram" and "Facebook" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
You are solely responsible for your promotion: its official rules, eligibility, prizes, taxes, winner notification and compliance with Instagram's Promotion Guidelines, platform terms, consumer-protection, sweepstakes, lottery, data-protection and advertising laws in every country where it runs. The Service provides a random selection and a verification hash; it does not verify follows, likes, age, location or any other condition. Always review the winner manually before announcing.
You retain all rights to the comment lists you process and the images you create. Because processing happens locally in your browser, we never receive, store or have access to your data. You are responsible for having the right to process the usernames and comments you enter, including under applicable privacy law, and for the lawful use of any Instagram access token (which is sent only to Meta's Graph API, directly from your browser).
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to run deceptive promotions, to harass or defraud participants, to attempt to interfere with its operation, to scrape or redistribute it, or to remove or circumvent the Pro license mechanism or the free-tier badge.
A Giveaway Picker Pro license is a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license for the purchaser. It may be activated on the devices you personally own, up to the activation limit of the license. Refunds are handled by the payment processor according to its policy; if the Service fails to work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, that comment parsing will be complete or accurate for every format, or that results will meet your requirements or satisfy any legal obligation. Keep your own copy of the participant list, seed and hash.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including disputes with participants, platform actions against your account, loss of data or prizes, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Giveaway Picker Pro, if any.
The Service may include advertising, analytics, payment, license-validation and Meta Graph API services operated by third parties, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
